To ensure maximum freshness, we do ship any baked items on Friday, unless expedited air shipping methods are selected. In some cases, it may be more efficient to hold shipments until the following Monday. In those cases, an associate will contact the sender prior to shipping to confirm.

Orders usually ship in one to two business days. Times in transit are based on average times provided by the shipping companies, and we do not assume responsibility for delays on their behalf. We suggest allowing extra time to ship during holiday seasons.

On rare occasions, it is necessary to substitute flavors in a package in order to ship on time.
